HOW THE FUND WORKS
The Waratah Fund offers investors the opportunity to invest in a first mortgage security, low maintenance investment with no entry fees.
The risk profile of the Waratah Select Mortgage Fund has been designed to provide a reasonable level of return with conservative exposure.
Investors will be offered units in the Fund, currently valued at $1 per unit. The minimum initial investment is $5,000 and investors can undertake additional investments of $500 at any time. The Fund makes distributions monthly directly into investors’ bank, building or credit union accounts, or distributions can be re-invested quarterly.
The minimum investment term is 12 months.
How to invest
To invest you must read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), fill out the Application Form and send it to us with your cheque attached. Investors will also need to complete and submit the Additional Information form on the Forms page which applies to their situation.
